to begin, i have a 71 duster. i need to replace my outer wheelhouses and quarters due to rust. ive read that 68-69 barracuda outer wheelhouses have been repopped at some point and will work on my duster. the problem is, i can not find them ANYWHERE. are they discontinued, or am i just looking in the wrong places? i dont want to tub my duster as id like it close to stock since it wont see the strip. thanks for the replies...

I can't seem to get to the year one site tonight for some reason, but they are listed in an older catalog I have. Paddock and Layson's don't seem to have them, though. Just checked Sherman's too and no luck. I hope they aren't discontinued, I could use'em on my Duster too. I'll check year one later when there site is working again.

I show new quarter panel skins and other body panels in the Year One catalogue online.

Never buy from Layson. He is a con artist, a cheat, and a thief.

He was doing a brisk business at the Nationals, but then again people could actually hold the parts in their hands

I was just checking the year one site again and they didn't come up there, so I'm thinking they might be discontinued....Anyway the catalog I have is from 1998  but the part # at that time was : BN35LH left, BN35RH right, or BN35LHRH both (who whoulda guessed ??? LOL!!!). I was gonna try to contact them and see if they are still avalible, but I'm not ready to buy anyway, if you contact them let me know, if they still have a few sets, I might order them while I can still get them...even if I have to streach the budget a little. BTW, price (1998) was $99.95ea or $189.00 pair. If we are lucky, maybe Goodmark will start repoping them... I'm not holding my breath though, they seem pretty busy with E body stuff and won't bother with our "lowly" A bodys.

Anothre place I didn't check is US Autobody (I think that's right), but I'll have to do that later, as I have other things I need to take care of tonight. I hate when "life" get's in the way of the important stuff...LOL !!!

well, i spent the better part of my day off trying to find out whats going on with the a body outer wheel houses. year one no longer carries them and doesnt show any replacement in the near future. i did make a call to goodmark directly, and let me tell you they have an awesome staff. the guy i talked to on the phone gave me the bad news that they dont have anything available, but he gave me lots of contact info for people to call. i got a hold of a guy named dave at roseville chrysler in minnesota/michigan (cant remember) he was also a real nice guy and knows a ton of info. apparently he stocks alot of the mopar sheetmetal stuff for goodmark. dave told me that the old stampings are long since gone, but they are being reproduced. they had already begun to be produced last year and should be available again anywheres from december of this year to feb. of next year. i was really impressed with they guy from goodmark and dave from chrysler, its nice to know that there are still some really cool guys out there...
