Does anybody know how easy it is to get one's hands on a 2-bbl /6 intake? I'm currently using a stock 1-bbl and looking into some bolt-on power. Found a 2-bbl intake on Ebay, but I don't know how much money I should reasonably shell out for a used one.

hello,
not particularly rare are they? how much $$ on ebag?
I got one (spare) but shipping to the other side of the big pond would not make economic sense. p'raps I will keep it. :D
I have seen them here in Oz for only $20 odd dollars. should be similar on your homebase too I should think.
happy hunting.

:D

regards,Rod

The going rate at local junkyards is around $25. If buying one from a seller who had one already pulled, I'd be willing to pay a bit more, but as I've picked up aluminum four barrel intakes used for around $75, that kind of sets a limit on how much I'd pay for a two barrel setup.

I have been having a bit of a rough go trying to find one here as well! and most of the setups I see on ebay go for around 100.00-120.00

I would definitely take that super six off of your hands and pay for shipping if frank doesn't want it! :D

Wow, I lost the thread. Found it again!

71DART, I would love to take that off your hands. Let me know if you've still got it and I will gladly pay shipping. Where are you located? I'm near New Orleans, LA.
