The 74 Scamp is Manual brakes and I'd love to have power brakes. The front are disk and the rear are drum with a disk conversion coming down the line. Will the 74 Duster brake booster, master cylinder bolt right into the Scamp?

Yes, the '74 Duster booster + master will bolt into the Scamp. You'll need to rework the lines that run from the master cylinder to the distribution block.
