yeah i don't mind the flange thing, i actually think that'll be relatively easy. i work at a municipal garage working on cop cars and garbage trucks and stuff so the welding shop is fairly well stocked. plenty of sheet metal in varying thickness's with a plasma cutter, tig and mig welders, drill press.. stuff like that. it is however an hour from my house so i would have to do the mock ups home with the disabled car, transport to work, do what i think i have to do and test fit when i get home. my buddy is a great welder though so i'm planning on him doing some of the work, the tight spots anyway.

im more worried about the routing of the pipes and having the car down. i use it to drive my son to school every other day and my other car is a piece of crap honda with no back seats (not by choice i'm not one of those kids) and it doesn't seem as safe as i would like it for him even though i drive it 90 miles a day. i guess my predicament is a set of back seats away but i haven't gotten around to it. that and linkage.. fuel line routing; stuff like that
