I would like to thank Chuck as well with the help on my registration. My Father was a Mopar guy, and I had always wanted one. Three years ago I found my 1971 Duster. I have used this site to help remedy about three or four issues with my car and as I am now registered, I would like to offer my help, to any and everyone as well. My car has been very much a labour of love, from here it looks as though every elses is as well, Thanks

OK so brand new here and new with my first /6. I have done a lot of research on this and other sites before I bought my truck. I bought the motor and it came attached to a truck. I am still learning my way around my /6 without any real help or guidance. Thank you guys for being there then, now and in the future.

I have been surfing slant 6 forum for a while, great info here. I look forward to the input from members.
I have a rad rod ( Low Life Limo) 225/ 6 with 3 speed. Crazy ride and as everyone knows the / is the attention getter. The / in the Rat is needing some tlc.
I have purchased a 79 Dodge Aspen with super 6 and 904. I plan to do upgrades on the super 6 and 904 before putting it in the rat rod.
I will def be asking for the forum members input.
I am from Vandalia Ill and will post photos later

New guy here, thanks for the cool site! I'm a lifelong MOPAR guy, learned to drive in a '61 Chrysler Newport, owned many Dodges, Plymouths, and Chryslers, and even /6 Fargo pickup, raced a '70 Dart with a big bad 440. Looking to maybe find a 60s Dart or Valiant, or even a pickup, something with a /6 that I can hop up.

I think my favorite vehicle of all time was my '63 Dodge Country Wagon with a /6. That was back in the late 70s. Talk about a funky rig! I got tired of renting a puller every time I needed to work on the rear brakes or bearings, so I swapped in an 8 3/4 axle with 3.23 gears out of a Polara. I ordered a set of Clifford headers for it, but they turned out to be for the low starter, and I had the high one, or was that vice-versa? Anyway, lots of good memories with that one, wish I could find another.

Hey guys, greetings from Perth (Western Australia). Just joined, total noob here. First classic car, first slant 6 and its a great experience tearing this thing down and eventually putting it back together.

I've got a '66 VC Valiant, it was a barn find so very lucky. Maybe in a couple of years it'll be ready to roll. In the meantime I'll be lurking here and most likely asking some stupid questions....

Welcome to the site, Nels. Good job on the '66 VC score. I like that body style.

All the best!
Lou

Thanks to Chuck also for helping me rejoin the group. I've been away for quite a while due to personal issues, but missing the input and knowledge of members here. My Current top project is the AZDart, which I'm not sure if I had introduced here.
The AZDart is a '64 (naturally) Dart "Coupe". That's what the AZ title read at least. I'll continue the (re)introduction elsewhere in the forum. Happy to be here! BC

New member here. Been reading the forums for months, and decided to join. Ive worked on several B, RB, LA and Magnum engines over the years, but I just bought a 1 owner 71 duster with a 225 about a year ago and its my first time working with a slant six. I found this site and its been such a help in understanding my motor. I really appreciate the mix and depth of knowledge here. You can find a lot of info on builds and modifications, and just as much information on stock engines and components if you're trying to keep it original. I've been renovating/restoring my engine and trying to keep everything original, and the information on this sire has been invaluable.
