Thanks everyone. Pretty sure the manifolds were BOTH machined as a stack, so that shouldn't be the issue (especially with the thick Remflex).

One thing, though: if I find a "leaking runner" with carb cleaner, what do I do? Tighten the nuts around it? Does it make sense to have different torques?

If they were both planed together you should be able to just draw them all up evenly, especially with the Rem Flex.
