What gasket do I use for the intake and do I silicone the whole gasket. Any threads on this . I'm changing it cause I have a leak. When dropping the engine in the truck we we used the intake bolt. Thanks

No silicone should be used. I have always had good luck with Felpro brand gaskets, Victor Reinz also makes nice gaskets. Be sure to follow the correct manifold installation procedure:
