Well, I found an aluminum slant six in a '61 Dodge. I doubt that it's still good, but hey, it'd look good on an engine stand!

I used to have a 61 lancer couple years ago.Did that have the aluminum? What abought a 60 Valiant? What years,makes had aluminum engines,anyone know ????

I seem to find most Alm Blocks in Lancers.

I found this one in a '61 Phoenix. Last time I talked to the guy he wanted $75 for the whole car, but I could get the engine for about forty to fifty dollars. I'm also getting a 425 Olds from this guy, so it's kinda going to be a package deal. I also found a '62 Plymouth that has a six, but I'm not sure if it's an alloy block or not - I haven't seen it in a couple of years.
