I have a torque / hone plate available for a small fee. I'm on the west side of Michigan, by Ludington. If anyone on this side of the state is doing a bore job and feels a plate would be beneficial, get in touch with me. About the plate ; 2.375" thick, bores are 3.51" dia., and there are 14 hardened spacers around 1.135" thick which gets the stock head bolts to proper head install depth. I also have a felpro head gasket which was used for my bore job and we can use it again so that you would not waste a new one.
