Buddy of mine did a set for my Daytona. It's a skill set I do not possess.

Welding header for last three cylinders.
What a mess.
Sure would like to talk with the Clifford designer.

Yes, it is beyond my comprehension how you can build a header, and not have it fit the intake manifold that you make yourself also. But they do.

Well it's not a skill I possess either, but I am hard headed.
The headers are done, somehow.
There are 7 separate pipe sections on the #5 head pipe.

The wheels and tires are here now, so getting them mounted is next on the to do list.

Been busy.
Pedals are in and both master cylinders.
Race engine getting cleaned and cam re-centerlined.
Head is being put back together.
Cleaned and repainted the front frame rails.
I built an aluminum panel to cover the dash backside.
Going to GA in the next 2 weeks to pick up the trailer.

I want to thank everyone who has helped me with my never ending questions.
I have reached out to so many slant folks for advice and help.
And everyone has been so good to me, whatever I have asked.
I don't have much Mopar or Slant support out here in Texas, but my Slant family has been as close as a computer.
I plan or being in KY in September no matter what.
I just hope the Colt and the slant will be ready.

Thanks to Rick and moral support I got the damper installed.
I was having a heck of a time, why I don't know.
Talking with Rick, doing a little sanding I got the damper on in the right place.
Pictures show when I first tried installing it and it STOPPED!!
Then I got it going in the correct direction and everything is good now.
Last picture is the starter adapter to the blowproof.

Went to GA last week and picked up the trailer and spent a couple of days mounting the winch and some tie downs.

Great job Stan! One other thing I forgot was that I painted mine black. As much I liked the silver look, it was to bright and at the track I could never see my timing marks with the timing light, so I just painted it.
