I finally got to install a Borgeson box and GM stile Saginaw pump on the 67 Dart. I feels much tighter during the 1/4 mi short test drive last night. The project went fairly well, except pressure hose's bend needed to be tweaked a bit to attache to its port on the gear.

I ordered the pump & pulley, power steering adapter hoses, PS gear, BAC Steering coupler, and slant six pump bracket. The coupler looks like an elongated factory coupler, and contains the same guts as a factory coupler. The BAC coupler eliminated the need to cut the steering column and use of a Borgeson "U" Joint.

I'll know more how this new gear performs once spring has sprung and the salt has washed off of the roads.
