I ran this on the 318 in my '89 D-100. It worked well; I kept it and put the OE intake back on when I sold the truck. That was ten years ago, so pretty good odds someone else will do a better job than me of using it. The top edge of the plenum divider has been "sharpened" (see photo); the reason was something to do with the adapter plate for the truck's throttle body, and the top surface was not touched (just narrowed a bit) so it doesn't prevent the successful use of a regular 4bbl carb, or a 4-to-2 adapter, or whatever you want to mount. This intake has provisions for EGR—use it for that, or for water injection, or block it off. Specs and details on this intake are here on Edelbrock's site.
