Car Model: 1962 Plymouth Valiant
Hello all. My friend Jim owns a '62 Valiant. It's been sitting awhile, and he wants to go through various systems to make the car roadworthy. Does anyone on the Slant Six Forum have recommendations for a trusted mechanic and / or engine rebuild shop in Spokane, Washington?
Thank you,
Gary

Reed? Halfafish?
These are/6 fans I know of from this forum that are out that way. Plus a few others who haven't posted anything here in awhile so I won't mention them right now

Sorry, I am in Tacoma, on the other side of the State from Spokane. In don't get over there often enough to know of any good shops for old cars.

That said, these are fairly simple vehicles. You can do quite a bit yourself with a factory service manual and a decent set of tools (and a somewhat deep wallet, these days).
