Ok, I just get tired of water leaking in my Duster, so I will get a new winshield gasket and hope that solve the problem, but here is the tricky part.

Wich is the correct method to remove trim, and windshield, gasket and put everything to its rights??

make very sure you save that "rubber string thing" (not sure of the correct name) that resides inside of the gasket, nobody made those when I replaced them in my 70/75.

just go very, very slow when you remove everything, and get yourself some zip lock baggies to put each part in, and label it.

You're talking about the "lock strip", a round rubber strip about the diameter of a pencil and snaps into a groove after the window is installed? I got my gaskets and lock strip from http://www.hardensmcw.com for a decent price. I've heard that NAPA carries the "tee" shaped trim removal tool. I just made my own by cutting up a 1" wide putty knife.

Avenger, before you ruin a $130 windshield gasket, be sure the leak is not coming from somewhere else. Have you read some of the past posts regarding leaks into floor? There have been several discussing this issue.
Make sure your cowl is clear of debris, and check the seals around the wiper arm pivots.

thats odd, I got mine from hardens too, at the local mopar show about 5 years ago at their booth, and they claimed nobody makes that strip at the time when I complained it wasn't in there ( I had brought it home and called them after I had opened it). I returned it to them and bought one from the paddock and got the strip from texas acres.

I guess they found a source, because on page 60 of their 2004 catalog is item WLS900 Black Lock-Strip for $11.50. My box with all the gaskets and seals is sealed up and buried under stuff right now or I would measure it's diameter and post a pic.

Yep, I ve read those topics and post in one '74 Sport, also I clearly see and feel the water falling from my dashboard, my cowl vent is clean and can´t enter water by there ´cause I closed it two years ago (I really hate that vent, since I can remember and I´m 23). So the only spot left is the very old and original winshield gasket, also I buyed new wiper arms gasket, put them and also cover them with sylicone.

Sounds like you have a good handle on the problem. I really like the clean look of the closed-off cowl. That certainly eliminates it as the source for the leak. If you sealed off the wiper pivots as well as it sounds like you did, there really isn't much left to leak other than the windshield gasket. Call Harden's and see if they can fix you up.

Hooooo..... I was afraid someone telling me that steponmebbbboom, and yes '74 Sport wiper pivots got new gaskets and got a clean and thin layer of sylicone over.
