Well my air filter has clogged for the 2nd time in less then 1K miles from soot from the cracks in my exst manifold.

I was looking at the rockauto site and they list a new one for over 300 bux. Is this the going rate? Is it the supersix size output?

Do a search on this site, and E-Bay. There is a vendor selling new exhaust manifolds for about $150. Don't know how good they are.
PS: there is no difference between the 1 bbl exhaust manifolds, and the super six exhaust manifolds of the same year. The main difference between the super six and earlier 1 bbl manifolds is the choke pocket and the stiffening ribs

Another difference is whether it has a bolt or a stud for the third intake/exhaust place that the two bolt together.

From my experience, you're probably better off finding one on ebay than buying from 1a auto. It took them a good six weeks with *air* delivery for the carpet i ordered to get to my door.
Just my 2 bits

I got a trunk mat in under a week..........

I bet the carpet had to be made first................

Yeah, I bought one from 1AAuto, seems solid and straight, on sale for 99 bucks, got it in 5 days (live in NJ). A hellava job to put an old piece of cracked junk back on, only to have to remove it again.

I bought one from 1A, and was suprised with it. It actually fit, no warpage,
came with new mounting hardware, and even came with a new pre-heat
stove for connecting to the air cleaner. Cant beat it for the price. Called
dealer, they wanted almost 500.00!!!! :x
