Thom, for a toy like this, I would have expected that your interest would do nothing but go up, each time you get it closer to what you dream of. Not to mention as it gets even more exciting to hang on with the Corvettes. You've done the majority of work necessary; isn't it more fun than drudgery by now? I would urge you to keep smiling your love on it… and take me for a ride next time I'm anywhere near you.
But life has a way of throwing curve balls -- I understand that as well as anyone. If we can't convince you to keep it, then… let's chat. (I sent a PM but it seems to be stuck in limbo, so I figured I may as well step out and say hello.)
However it works out, thank you for sharing all these stories and pictures! You are a true artist and inspiration.
