If you enjoy fabricating and tinkering on your car, quality time in the garage could be considered a positive effect, rather than a cost.
Ha! I only wish for those days. I have a 1 year old son that takes most my quality time and certainly limits my garage time to a few hours a week. I've gone a lot of late night wrenching lately and have made a bit of progress. Gotta love warmer weather too!

Our old cars sure do seem to run a lot better in this warm weather. I did'nt realize how much of an impact rejetting my carb made until I drove it today in 80 degree weather. There is a BIG difference to be noticed. What all have you been doing to your car later.

Raise the 1 year old right. Teach him there is NOTHING better than an old Mopar!

Well he enjoys hanging around, but we live on a street with a fair number of cars coming around, so he can't sit and play while I work on the car. But he's getting it. I'm sure he wonders why dad hangs out around that thing all day ;-)
