I just picked that photo 'cause it was convenient. They also used that colour on Neon, Cirrus, Stratus, Sebring and Breeze.

Well I sure wish I could change the color on my lancer...its just boring white. I like the mettalic blue inside, but I'm not in the market to strip the whole care to make it look right. I guess I'll have to find another $1000 one lying around in a nice shade of red ;-)

Flames are for tri-five Chevy's.

Red cars are faster.

Chrome adds 10 Horsepower per part.

Gold is a granny color.

Cops are attracted to anything that is bright and has stripes. (They really like my Duster).

Putting stripes on a slant-six Duster will attract every Camaro within a 50 mile radius. I found out the hard way. They go crazy when the light turns green. They never seem to notice the cop sitting right on my tail.

THE FJORD IS BURNING THE FJORD IS BURNING!!!!!
SOMEBODY HELP!!!!!

Oh, my valiant(67) is painted very orange, and I am not tired of the color yet, and a lot of people like it too...
I guess it has something to do with what message you are trying to give people...
It is also quite loud, so no one has tried to race me yet, and that is a good thing, as it has a stock 78 225 2bbl.

I drive a Ford. It is three different colors thanks to rust and a drunk driver.

I'll be repainting my car soon and I'm using BMW's Capri Blau (metallic light blue) and Mystik Blau (metallic dark blue) accents such as inner part of front balance, underside of trunk and hood, certain interior parts... etc.

I'll post pix of my car when finished (I hope that it will be finished by april-may)

When I painted my Valaint red with white stripe my kids were new drivers. I put a latex pigs head in the back window.... red felt pen "blood" trickling out the corner of its mouth gave the head a mean look.

For all the Saturday night trips to town the Valaint made....and all the hijinx my kids got into....the Valaint was never used as a get-away car.
They chose a friends moms grey 4 door Honda for that....I wonder why?

Now they are older and more settled....the pigs head has been retired....

The fact red attracts cops can be a good idea!

As long as we are talking about what color would "go" with what car, how about that real cool looking Blue that Mopar used on trucks thru most of the 90s... I think they called it Intense Blue. I am thinking of a tan int., on my Volare?? Car was originally that silver that bakes and peels off of every horizontal surface, with a semi-trashed light blue interior.

look at that picture quick, I am switching servers.

the engine color will match the engine bay, the body will be painted the new dodge truck blue, with de-chromed bumpers, and with a couple different patterns that I am keeping secret for now.

also, the dash cluster will be replaced with one of my custom units with all new gauges.
