Thanks Charlie. I will give you a call for more details. Does anyone else have input regarding my original question about how well either the Mark IV Ultra works in comparison to the Cool Aire? About the same? |

There are many different models of the MarkIV a/c unit, so it is hard to give a comparison. Looking at your pictures, I would say the Mark IV unit is larger then the Cool Air. The best way would be to measure the two Evaporator cores, (the part with the fins). measure L W H. Also look at the fin spacing. In general the more fin area, the greater the BTU capacity. The fan (air flow) effects the btu, also, but that is usually engineered to match the core size. |
