Ah do i have to? Its so darn quiet!
That, together with your rough idle, suggests that you may have some valves that are set too tight and are hanging open, spoiling idle quality and general efficiency and greatly accelerating valve wear.

Hmm. that would account for it running better cold than hot now too wouldnt it...
