Keep in mind, even the teeny-tiniest leak in the heater core will create coolant steam that fogs up the windows but good!

Ah, the things Chrysler thought up. Weird, wonderful, sometimes great, sometimes useless. perhaps I'll lay off on trying to put that on my car. Sounds like a lot of trouble for not a lot of effectiveness. The electric backglass - now that's a different story, but the expense of doing it might not be worth it.....

so, curious, do they still make new replacement heater cores for these, if for some reason mine's bad?

probably not the padded 3-spoke one with the painted woodgrain insert that mine has, I'll bet....

And power front disc brakes - mine has them. was that a popular option?
