well, reworking the header pipe is no problem
i looked at the moparts site, and found one engine, im waiting for a reply for the guy
anybody have anything theyre willing to part with?

well, one guy might have one for me, the other only has the tranny...
i need to find something, anything really thas running and will fit in my car, im sorta desperate right now, seeing as its my daily driver

How far are you able/willing to travel? There are a few down here you can pick from, but it's probably 500 miles one way.

I am originally from Eastern Pa and have a few slant six cars up there. I am in Florida now, but I will help you as much as I can from here. Where in Pa are you located? I may be able to put you in touch with my brother up there who has a few 66 Valiants. He is north of Allentown in the Lehighton area. I know there are a few slant 6 engines up there that we are not using. I just sent a great one in a 69 dart to the crusher a few years ago cause it was winter and it was in my way. I know that I have one real good one up there that was rebuilt about 5 years back and it only has 1200 miles in it, but I would want to sell that one. FYI, I have a few good running used SL6 engines for anyone needing one on the west coast. I am in the SF Bay Area near San Jose.

I've got a decent running later model 2253 speed in my 65 Valiant that I will be pulling and swapping in a correct year slant coupled with an 833. Problem is I don't have time to pull and swap right now. Gave a complete 65 225/904 to New Lancer Man back in May and was really pressed for time then. maybe check back with me in a month or so. I'm down in VA
