Check it out, the world's only 111"-wheelbase, manual-everything slant-6 Rolls!

My other half is a photographer. That serious/cranky expression comes from wanting to head home and hearing "I've almost (click!) got it, (click!) just stay there (click!) another minute (click!)".

*chuckle* There used to be a really good upholstery place in Eugene. They did some nice work on my late, lamented '65. Can't remember where they are, though. Think they also did pool tables.

Love the seats man. My Valiant goes into the upholstry shop tuesday morning. I'm getting the buckets and rear bench done as close to the original seats as possible. I've got the "deluxe" signet seats with all the chrome piping I've never seen another set. It's costing me $$$$$ as well.

I would've gone black with just red accents (like the tubing or tubing and stitching)
Me, I find all-black or mostly-black interiors oppressive, drab and hot/sticky in summer. I'd rather have a white headliner, carpet and door panels colour-keyed to the exterior colour, seats more or less the way I just had 'em done, and the dash either black or colour-keyed.

They did some really nice work.
Guy had 40 (documented) hours in it, and $250 in materials. His posted shop rate is $50/hr; he gave me a screamin' break and only charged me $23.75/hr.

Dude! Blood red and black! Muy macho upholstery!

John

P.S. Take my advice, go back to regular suspenders unless you like tucking your shirt in constantly.
