I contacted the company that I pruchaced manifold from to see if there was any way they could put a kit together with the acorn nuts, brass washers, triangle washers, center bolt and nut, and heat stove. They are looking into it. Hopefully they can get it together and offer us a nice price.
What kind of interest is there for this?
I'd be one of the first in line (no pun intended) to get one of those kits. Also, if there's a good source for an engine rebuild kit out there, can someone let me know?

I had a hard time finding the two outer bolts for manifold to manifold. I found these at Lowes. Hillman Brand 5/16-18X3-1/2. They had extra thread so they can be tightend down without bottoming out and had plenty to mount throttle assy bracket. I am still waiting on information from 1A but you can see in prior pics on this post what I am trying to get as a package.

I just drilled out the threads and put the bolts through with a nut. I was short on time and it works fine.

Nice work though!

Very nice looking engine! For the intake to exhaust bolts, I ran a die over some long bolts to extend the threads. Don't know how this will work when it's time to take it apart again. I used grade 8 bolts and lots of anti seize. I painted my exhaust manifold with Eastwood's stainless steel. It's held up well, considering the shelf life was 6 months and I've had it since '93. The POR stuff looks really nice, keep us posted on how well it lasts, and I'm interested in a fastener kit as well.
