You guys are getting a smoking deal by buying 10 at a time.I recently got mine from T&D and paid $626.00.I had to send them a shaft so they could machine them to fit properly.Thay are a really nice piece. They come with bushings for the shaft and rollers on the tips.I was told they are a better assembly with the bushings because they can make the tolerences much closer with the bushing. My motor man says that the way to go.Every thing as far as feeding the oil was correct. If anyone would like to cantact me for a photo please contact me . Where are we here? Do we have a tally of who's in and preferred ratio(s)?

If I can see pics of their finished product to see how they oil, then I'm in for at least one set, maybe two.

I'd be in for a set in 1.6:1. I'm ready whenever the group is ready.

I wouln't mind having a set, but the funds are not available at the present time. Let me know when it is about time to order, and I'll see what I can do. Don't count on me to make the minimum quantity.

I belive the rollerized tips are only a little bit more than the others If you read this tread and find Sheldon's number he will tell you the differeance.

As soon as we get enough people together, I would like to see maybe 10 or more, we can proceed. If there are people that want to buy now or with in the next month and we have more than say five then we can try and buy some of them. If we need to set a date and everyone that wants in they can save up for it. We can then set a drop dead buy date. So if someone misses out we can try to set up another buy early or late in the spring of '08. How does that sound to everyone? If you want a set Argentina, me and you can work out the details.

OK, this should work. I am in no hurry, and I recommend we wait until there are >10 people to order so T&D gets their volume and you can cut down on your administration hassle.

It would be a great idea to post something like

"Group buy for roller T&D rockers - who's in?"

in the "Parts for sale" and/or "Racing" sections. The thread we are using is a bit obscure.

Looks like we are up around 5 at this point.

Lou, Do you think these at 1.6:1 would help my engine, and in what way? Put on your salesman hat. You generally don't throw money away on gadgets that you don;t think are of real value, so if you like them, that says alot for me. Do you think they make a difference you can feel. Keep in mind my cam is a short duration, and getting higher lift would likely buy me more without compromising the over lap issue a turbo presents. Are these daily driver pieces? Are they going to present maintenance issues? I'm not sold yet, but I'm thinking about it.

But then I wonder if I would feel more by simply buying plastic bumpers, and cutting 120 lbs off the car. maybe I could do both. :P
