3000 is 70mph for me. I did spin mine to 5800 on the chassis dyno. That was screaming............
Mine might like to rev more than a 225 as I have a shorter stroke. Just stock cam and hogged out head, stock valves.........

There's no "cruise" in that combo. I call it "ping-ponging". Fun too. 50 mph in the right lane of the freeway with the frequent blast to 100. I've been there, but not with my /6. |
