Yeah, bypassing OSAC is the right thing to do. Thermostatic air cleaner and charcoal canister should be hooked up, though. And PCV.

Ok I'll have to hook the charcoal canister back up. I had it disconnected(blocked off) when I was fiddling with the carb and it didn't seem to make a difference one way or another.
