Some more questions about the HEI.

If I'm using it as a daily driver am I really going to be going 6500 rpms a lot? Can it be found at Autozone or Napa? Is rpms all the HEI help? WHat is the cost range going to be? Do I need an adapter bracket or something? What EXACTLY do I ask for when I call a junkyard or autoparts store?

Thanks for the help, I probably sound like a novice, but I'm just getting started.
Everybody was a novice at some point. Some of us still are (ME!).

I really doubt you'll be hitting 6500 RPMS very much with your car as a daily driver. But, the spark from the HEI conversion is much more consistent, and without having to deal with points from mechanical ignition, you won't have to worry about weather or aliens or the other million and a half things that can cause a change in spark quality.
Read through http://www.slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15779 that post for the explanation of how to do it. You might need an adapter bracket, depending on whether you're going to use a separate coil and module, or the all in one combined coil/module/mounting bracket. I'm using the all in one and pulled it out of a junkyard for $25. I don't know how much the electronic distributors cost, because the engine I have came with one, but I can't imagine it would cost very much.
If you call a junkyard or auto parts store, again, it depends on which setup you're going with. In the post above it lists part numbers for the separate module and coil, and it lists which vehicles come with the all-in-one so you can take your pick.

Well, I just looked at my engine for a bit and the conversion was already done, It doesn't have the orange box ECU and instead has an Accel Super Stock coil, that's one less thing I have to do :p. So the next thing is this, where is the best place to get a Super Six and how much do you think each part would be? Does anybody have an extra one they need to get rid of?

They are sold on ebay and sometimes here. Make sure you get everything. The manifold, carb, air cleaner, and linkage.

Make sure you read this article here --> http://www.slantsix.org/articles/supersix/article.htm to know what parts you're going to need. Bookmark it, even. I did because I referred to it many times as I was planning my swap. Keep your eye on the parts for sale section of this forum. ebay sometimes has Super Six setups for sale, but it's usually just the intake and carburetor. It's best if you can get everything all at once, but chances are you're going to have to piece it together.
You may need to end up modifying your exhaust manifold a bit, or get a new one. The article mentions the differences, but doesn't really specify where they changed the manifolds over - I know you're around the edge of the change - maybe someone else can chime in and clear that part up?
Prices vary depending where you are and who you're buying from. Complete setups generally run about $150 - $200 on eBay, from what I've heard. Call around at junkyards too, sometimes later Super Six cars will turn up and you may get lucky and be able to pull the complete setup off for considerably less. Even if you have to travel a bit, it could be worthwhile.
But read through that article, you should be able to get a pretty good sense of what you will need.

Uh, A coil does not replace the ecu...
I guess you should take a look under the cap and see if it has points or not.
