Have you replaced the brake vacuum hose?
It may have a pin hole somewhere.......causing the varying vacuum reading. Or is the booster leaking? I had one that acted the same way. After changing the booster, all was well. :)

Nope.. booster is fine.. was redone when the engine was redone.

Vaccum now is 20 always.. when I place the car in D or R.. it violently turns off... just like a manual transmission car would if you release the clutch fast.

what else can it be. you hit the brake, the engine dies. PLUG the booster line and try again. does it stall now?

which is it. does it stall when you hit the brake, or when you shift out of park. you have said both now.

I did that... same problem.....

Park or Neutral.. engine idles perfect.. I have a vaccum gauge and halmeter... everything is fine... R or D... when idling... brakes on... the engines turns off very harsh...

If I don´t use the break.... the car burns tires and goes forward or rear very fast....

This definitely sounds like a problem with the torque converter to me. It sounds like it is not slipping as it is supposed to so the engine can idle with the transmission in gear.

Well... I finished the assembly of the trans... with an old converter... now the car does the same, but the engines brakes smooth at least...

Same as before.. but all smooth...

The thing is... I lost more than half a gallon oil when changing the torque converter... and when i measure oil.. now... it is higher than full ¿?

I´ll try to make a video and show you.

I don't understand what you mean by: "...the engines brakes smooth at least... "

Does putting the transmission into park or drive still kill the engine? Are you still using the suspect torque converter?

If you didn't idle the engine with the transmission in neutral the transmission pump will not fill the torque converter with fluid. That's why the transmission is checked at idle in neutral.
