Yes, I think it is off a 1985 Buick 3.8
The set-up as shown is on a bone stock 170 and would run mid 14 at about 12 lbs of boost... until it burns a piston.

I think I can get it to live with some additional tuning but the turbo 170 is no fun at the drag strip, no good off the line power... where everyone is watching.
The set-up does pull like hell as it get's on the turbo boost.
I never had a chance to hit the N2O but I bet that would help it come off the starting line better. (and cook pistons faster)
