I definatly want a muffler with a deep growl.I find 6's with the high pitched buzz a little annoying!

The amount of insulation will also make a difference in your choice. If you lay down some extra insulation in place of your stock insulation, it will quite down some the noise that reaches the passenger compartment. I added insulation under my rear seat (about where my muffler sets) and its no more noiser than my friends 350Z

I use a Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler(not a glass pac), they run $20 at pep boys
