Beat to death. but my 2 cents. use the mustang shifter location. no need to swap tailhousings. its much closer to the stock floor shift location. just not offset like the 4 speed. stay away from the mcleod throwout bearing. they work but mine leaks like a sieve. call up spec clutch and get a setup from them. my stock borg and beck 10" pressure plate is about to wear thru the springs in my mustang clutch disc. I'm swapping to a 360 so I don't care too much right now. PM me any questions

Does anyone have any pics of the mustang shifter location for a 67+ A body? Or is there not too much difference in the early a floor? From the looks of sandy's pics its too far back for the stock console...
