Quote: The car was bought in Canada, by Soviet diplomat in 1975. In Russia, was repainted from green to black. Served all live in the government garage. I am her third owner.

Crocodile on the body works. A lot of rot and fillings. It would be correct. Guys, you are my only link with the fans of old am-cars. Help with parts please. Not necessarily at Chrysler. A lot of my friends here drive classic American cars and need to glandule. |

I've seen plenty of slant sixes with iron blocks, and a few with aluminum blocks; but this is the first one I've seen with a communist block! Sorry, couldn't resist a little cold war humor. Cool car and great story behind it. I'm sure it turns heads now; but it really must have caused a stir on the streets of Soviet-era Russia! |

I'm sure we'll all do what we can....it seems like we're scattered all over the US. in April, I'll know in what state it is. Can I count on assistance in finding housing and work (I'm a good mechanic). Need help in the beginning. Good mechanics are always needed....and if you're a single guy, and you don't mind very basic housing...it's pretty cheap to live, at least here in Texas. |
