I have tried an adjustable prop valve a number of times and found it to be redundant if your setup is correct. I find it useful as a diagnostic tool and as a bleeding aid. I agree that they are so cheap that its worth a try.


In the Valiant I ended up using Stock 75 A body discs of the front and 99 Explorer rear discs. The weight , size and usage of both the 75 Dart and 99 Explorer were similar enough that it was no surprise when my stock 75 MC/prop valve was optimal. I had the adjustable prop valve on for a day just to see. I ended in the wide open position......
It stops on par with the wifes Eagle Talon.
