According to the calculators I need to drop 35lbs and have 290 rwhp to get the B gas record. The record is 11.81 and according to the calculator that would put me at 11.79.I think the calculator will be wrong again and I will go faster than that.Pretty sure my motor is between 275 and 300 rwhp and is no way streetable.Guzzi Mark |

Using the 1/8 mile #s above. Your HP computed from your vehicle ET is 324.74 flywheel HP and 292.266 rear wheel HP. Your HP computed from your vehicle MPH is 309.39 flywheel HP and 278.451 rear wheel HP |

Shaker, thats the same numbers I came up with from the Wallace calc.Add the two together divide by 2 and you get 285 rwhp.Thats my guess and I want more.Think I have more in it cause I was running a bit rich last week, will bee tuneing more to get me closer to 300.Wish I knew THE combo to build a 300 rwhp all motor slant. My motor has maxed out my capeabilites.Guzzi Mark |

I don't care for the 1/8 mile carculators. To many variables and to short of a distance. 1/4 mile for my car. 11.77 @ 116.29 @ 3500lbs Your Horsepower computed from your vehicle weight of 3500 pounds and MPH of 116.29 is 452.39. (this is closest to the old DC Chassis bible formulas) Your HP is 424.25 computed from your vehicle weight of 3500 pounds and ET of 11.77 seconds. 1/8 mile 7.639 @ 98.46mph. I don't believe the mph but the car does charge hard for the mid 2/3 of the track. Your HP computed from your vehicle ET is 397.39 flywheel HP and 357.651 rear wheel HP. (this might be the HP that I could use because I was traction limited) Your HP computed from your vehicle MPH is 545.12 flywheel HP and 490.608 rear wheel HP. (ahhhh, I wish) 60' @ 3500lbs Your HP computed from your 60 Foot Time of 1.837 at Weight of 3500 pounds is 254.74 HP. At my MPH of 116.29...this is what wallace says I should run... 60 Foot 1.58 VS actual 1.837 330 Foot 4.57 660 Foot 7.19 vs actual 7.639 660 MPH 94.54 vs actual 98.46 (not sure if I believe it) 1000 Foot 9.46 1/4 Mile ET 11.39 vs actual 11.77 1/4 Mile MPH 116.29 All theory and can be debated to death!!! |
