If I do get time to run a return line, could I run it from my existing holley 12-803 regulator, or will I need a bypass type regulator? |

I would not try to run a return line from a dead-dead type regulator. All you can do is bleed off a little pressure, but that leaves you with less fuel for the engine. Dead head regulators cannot cut off the return line like a bypass regulator. If you PM me your e-mail address I can send you a chart that will help you select the right fuel jet. NOS uses the same fuel solenoid for EFI as carb so you shouldn't have a problem just dropping in a smaller fuel jet. It should be about a .032" jet for 100hp shot with 45 psi fuel pressure. .026" for 75hp and .022 for 50hp. If I remember correctly you went overkill on your fuel pump. So long as you have adequate fuel volume and pressure for the total HP produced |

I went a head and ordered a set of nitrous fuel jets for 45lbs of fuel pressure. This should be the simplest solution for the race this saturday. Thanks for the help. Hopefully it works and I can put down some faster times this year! |
