Well, I got the lifters and rockerarm back on. Now Ive got to set the valves. I looked at the harmonic balancer and there are two marks relatively close to one another (about 10 degrees apart). Im thinking one is for valve timing and the other is for ignition timing. One has a small groove underneath it...like a hash mark from the factory, the other is a small paint mark with no hash in the balancer....should I begin my valve timing with the hash mark lined up to the 0 degree mark? Or is there a better way to figure out which is which? Thanks a lot.
