My brother ran a cherry bomb as a resonator with a stock muffler on his old 68 Dart. It was fine in town but was annoying on the highway. It created a loud drone. |

I tried one for about 6 months. It didn't make that much of a difference. At 2200-25000 rpm cruise it only knocked it down about 4 db. |
