Who was the 7th racer on the ladder? Was it Frank Wright?

And give us some more "color commentary" on things.

We got Big T's engine woes - Did you make any full passes? When did it fail?

Who had the flat tire? Was it on track? Did they get it fixed and come back?

Who didn't show, so we can Razz 'em! :P

Got any pics?

I've got:

Wendy Pine - 35
PJ Jesiolowski - 25
Andrew Howard - 15
Mark Murray - 15
Sergio Gonzales - 5
Terry Scott - 5
Frank Wright??

(Do I add 5 to each of those for Sunday's Rain out..? :? )

If my numbers are right, that puts PJ in the points lead with 50 and Wendy tied for second at 35... (unless she gets the 5 for Sunday, then she's in 2nd! :D )

With 7 cars on the ladder, that makes Redding the biggest race of the year! :D ... So far...

Snagglepuss needs some details!

Windy weather on Sat, rain on Sunday. Will have more infor and pictures on Killer Bees site in a couple Days. Disappointing turn our for the Killer Bees. we usually have lots of support. Guess there were other races, etc. happening. the Bees decided to race in all the races to fill our need for more racing  As sergio said...we did pretty well. Even with the tire problem, etc Wendy pulled off another win  Our old friend Glen terry came to race with us Sunday...but we were rained out. Frank Wright unable to attend because of car problems. more later. pj

Quote:
4) Attendance points on rainout: Attendance points are awarded for rained out events if your car is in line to enter the grounds of the race track for the scheduled rained out race, or you put your wheels on the track property on the day of the race. This was a unanimous vote except for one person in disagreement. You will not get points if you are in town or on the way, etc... You must be at the track to collect points.

The question is whether the event was called off the day before or on Sunday and if all that were there on Saturday stayed over for Sunday.

Also, apparently Glen Terry showed up to race Sunday...

I'll just wait for the Killer Bees to update their website...

That is exactly what happened last fall at Mason Dixon. The race for Sunday was called off on Saturday night due to the Hurricane. We had people who drove in Saturday night for Sunday's race and it was already canceled.

Our new rule as I understand it is if you set foot on the property on race day(Sunday in this case) you get 5 points. Even if it was canceled. If you are in town and do not go to the track, you do not get any points. This was a long discussion at the banquet.

If I have anything wrong someone please correct me.

It was called off on Sunday......we were waiting to run when the thunder, lightning, and the rain came.

Makes me feel better about going to the inline/flathead race at Woodburn, no rain and upper 70's. Ceej got 2nd place so it was a good time, I lost to Doug Powers by .0099 :D
