old post i know but has any body ever modified a one barrel intake to a 2 barrel like this?? thinking bout trying this to mount a holley 2280 2 bbl off a 318 but wounder if intake flow enuff to support the 2 bbl, if not could it be ported nuff to work?? |

One version here, fairly self explanatory with comments. Done back in '05, and still running daily. Others've been done as well. They'll likely add theirs shortly. |

See the parallel 2bbl setup article. Photo documentation of a very well done such conversion is at the link posted by old6rodder. The runner and plenum size is the same between factory 1bbl and factory 2bbl intakes, so no concern there. |
