Got a "special" manifold being made up right now that readers of this thread will be interested to see. Not letting the cat out of the bag yet, but it will be the first one.

Hi Terry. Mark at Aussiespeed is doing me a special 4/71 long runner manifold with bracing facility. I don't know how many he is going to cast, he did tell me he may only do 2 and I can do what I like with the other. I would sell at what I pay for it if anyone wants it. If he only casts 2, will make it a rare hot item.

Yes. I'll post some pics as soon as I get my hands on it. If you go to the Aussiespeed facebook site you will some other 4/71 manifolds he is doing for the Ford and Holden six. I have no price yet on the slant one but as it's a one off with only maybe 2 being cast will make it dearer than a mass produced one I assume. I'll speak to Mark next week and give you an update.

nice to see, only problem is I am left hand drive, that puts the blower right in my face. when I made my manifold I made the runners shorter to move the blower over. is your manifold cast aluminum?

quick update:

Mark at Aussiespeed delayed a bit doing the Ford & Holden 4/71 manifolds and also doing the American Ford 300ci 6 now.

The slant 6 & Aussie Hemi 6 are next but not expected to be completed until January. The slant 6 one will now be a production piece and not a one off as initially advised. Manifold castings will be as per the current ones he has.
