when I set up the ignition timing, i saw that coming out of the ignition 2 wires are not insulated and do gentle touch, I could not stop the car, heaps of cables permanently, auto died and burned condenser coil, I fixed everything but the condenser still burns what have I done :/[img][img]http://images64.fotosik.pl/682/3f19ee33ae40dd8bm.jpg[/img][/img] |

If that condenser connects to the (+) side of the ignition coil, then it is a "noise filter" - a capacitor that reduces electrical interference from the ignition to improve radio reception. If yours gets hot then it's likely shorted- you can leave it off. |

problem solved ! the voltage across the inigiation coil when was connected 6,5 V, somewhere lost the Volts... I have given a "+" from the battery and everything works ! ;] |

6.5v is about normal across at the coil. There is a ballast resistor on the firewall (white ceramic block with flat terminals on each side, and blue wires going in and out of it)... Replace this if you havnt already. Dont know how that hasnt been mentioned yet... |
