Thank you all for your tips and advise. All I ended up doing is throwing in some new plugs put in a new thermostat and a new fan belt and went for it. And I made it without a single problem. And since this is my first mopar I guess I'm gonna have to be a diehard now. One little problem arose but nothing to slow me down. But I will save that for another topic once I can take a picture. Thanks again! |

Awesome! I'm glad you made it without issues. Now that you are in El Paso, go to a local cruise or car show and get hooked up with the local Mopar Club. When I was stationed at Fort Bliss in 2000-2002 there was a pretty active club with some great folks. Ask if Roy and Connie Averett(sp?) are still around. Roy walked me through my first engine (318) and tranny (904) rebuild and even showed me how to paint my engine compartment. |
