I never bolt the two manifolds together tight before installing. I snug the 3 bolts just enough to leave movement between the manifolds. I use a inch pound wrench to torque everything, then do it again after a heat cycle. I would loosen everything up and give it another shot.

If the intake has been machined , The 3 hot box bolts may be preventing the intake from sealing to the head . For example the big bolt should be in the center of hole, not against the wall. This would Prevent movement forward or backward. Just use the next size up drill bit and make hole just a little bigger.

Thanks all, for the feedback.

I got my gaskets in the post the other day.....turns out the main gasket is damaged.....a bunch of gouges and indentations....I sent pics to remflex and they said I should get a return from the vendor on it since I will likely have sealing issues.....
