Those don't mean much to me. The VIN for those who had it was lower and towards the back. on the rail just above the oil pan.
That and the combo of numbers and letters behind the alternator on block, deck surface plus the casting number on the driver side of the block are the important ones that help tell whether a certain block is original to that body

They started stamping vins mid 68 on big blocks, later on other engines.
