What should I focus on first choke idle air?
It sounds like you need to adjust your choke, adjust your idle mixture, and check for vacuum leaks. It also sounds like you need to get a factory service manual for your vehicle and get the books listed in this thread: CLICK ME |

Step one is to make sure all the settings on the carb are correct. If the choke and float level are correct, then start the engine and let it warm up. Once it is warmed up, check you idle speed, your idle mixture, and check for leaks. You have to do those last three all at once because they all affect each other. |
