Dan sounds like you might have some overheating problems going that route .With Rolo rockers. First thing you should do is get these three books as soon as possible Here Here & Here and familiarize yourself with how chocolate works. I have the week off so idle hands, devils workshop, etc., yadda, yadda.... |
