Pulled the car off the trailer having not making a single run since Oct. last year r. I tried 3 times to get out but had 2 rain days and a 50 mph wind day cancellation. Car took off right where I left it and ran very consistent. Only made 3 runs but they were all close. 12.84, 12.87,12.85 @ 103.0,103.14, 103.21. Driver consistency was lacking and it showed. Great times with our Slanted friends and we drove her back on the trailer! :D

No driveshafts coming off the car in the other lane is good for Rick, the other guy, and all of the Covalt Clan!

:D :D :D

In other news, no one even broke a u joint all weekend!

:D :D :D :D

Yeah, with Andrew's winnings he may want to invest in some solid U-joints! :D :D

Thought I better do some prep for the Big Clay City race coming up. Haven't raced since May and haven't even run the car down the road in 6 weeks or so. Added the remainder of my race gas mix to the tank and pumped the gas 3 times(No choke) and it fired right up. :D Took her for two WOT blasts out the road, and all seemed great! All I need to do is pick up 5 gallon of race gas and load the truck.

Very cool! 8)

Angie and I were going to a friend’s for dinner last night and had to re-route because I-65 was a parking lot…

The new route took us by Ohio Valley drag strip… I needed some methanol for the Challenger (Howard’s coming next week :D )… $53 for 5 gallons…
