Car is on the trailer and here at work. Get off at 1:30 and am going straight to Patrick's house for a quick nap. We should get done before noon, then off for testing.

I drove the car out of the garage and down the street to where I had to park the truck and trailer. I have to admit, even that short drive gave me a woody. :lol:

Done at Patrick's. Met my friend Linda for lunch. Now back to the shop to set the valves and timing, then load up and go to 41.

Really humid and cloudy today, but so far no rain. :oops:

1st pass went 15:26@86. Shifted from 1st to 3rd, and still had the scoop taped shut. :oops:

2nd pass went 14:25@94. Used all 3 gears and opened up the scoop.

3rd pass went 13:95@95. Drove back on the trailer under it's own power just before the rain.

Many thanks to Patrick Teig for his work today making sure I can fit in the car and be 100% legal.

Also thanks to Bill and Mary Hoft for meeting me at the track and helping out.

I am incredibly happy with the car. I might even be able to go a couple rounds at Clay City. :mrgreen:
