About Turbo engines I always read that the compresion ratio is aroun 8:1 or 8,5:1 to support the boost. My questions are: - Those number are SCR or DCR? - What will be the the higest CR (S or D) that a turbo car can support? - What are the general specs for a Turbo Cam? I can imagine larger exhaust duration ... what else? - What other "Turbo Slant Threads" can I read besides this one? Dang, Dang... TURBOS!!!!!!!!!! I'm building an all motor 300HP Slant rigth now (very slowlly though) and thinking of above 400HP Turbo makes me thinks twice ... I want to RIP V8s!!!!!!!!!! |

Thanks for the update, Ryan. I am a little afraid to pull my '68 top end apart, as I worry I'll get into a "can of worms" upgrade tornado... We'll see... Lou |
